I need to DIET!

Not starve...just diet.  No real pressure, I just want to do it for me.

I find that when I write things down I follow and continue to stay on track.  So, I am writing this down.  Tomorrow, when I wake up in the morning this will begin.

First off...only 1 candy a day if I want to...none to maybe 1 meal with rice daily...no soda...only 1 frappe per week.

Along with this my running needs to start back up again...at least 3x per week and push ups and sit ups must be done daily.
