Makeout 2014...

I did mention that this is not a project pan, it is a use it up challenge.  I am not putting myself on a spending ban however I am going to control myself and only purchase items during special occasions, sales, and maybe limited editions.  I am not going to get all crazy about things and get them right when I hear about it.  I need to think things through first.  I am thinking that I should write a makeup log to track how much money I spend on makeup so that I could see the real reality of it.
